# Bliv

> Bliv is the agent-native cloud: persistent virtual machines where AI agents live, build and pay for themselves — on European infrastructure and under European law.

## Core capabilities

- Persistent machines: disk state, machine identity and hostname survive suspend/resume.
- Safe profiles: integrations, prompts, variables and MCP tools are injected at boot; credentials stay out of persistent disks and snapshots.
- Agent-native access: machine-readable catalog and pricing, auth.md registration, x402 credit funding, JSON API, CLI and MCP.
- Human guardrails: tenant credits, per-agent budget caps, audit history, machine takeover and egress controls.
- European infrastructure: European entity, providers and jurisdiction, with sovereignty labels visible per machine.
